(4) Superior Water Based Anti-Spatter
A safe and environmentally friendly alternative to solvent based anti-spatter. Prevents weld spatter from adhering to M.I.G. gun nozzles, contact tips and related accessories. Allows for pre-heat and higher temperature applications. Oversized nozzle allows for product use without glove removal. Paint compatible. Recommended for water based paints. Easily removed with water rinse. Contains no chlorinated solvents, fluorocarbons, silicones or hydrocarbon compounds.
(5) High Temperature Formula Non-Toxic Anti-Spatter is specifically developed for high temperature applications up to 400°. This revolutionary formula contains a heavier molecular weight than most water based anti-spatters for a thicker, higher viscosity material. The proprietary anti-corrosion additive will also protect against rusting. 402 can be sprayed or brushed on and can be welded through while wet or after drying. 402 is paint compatible and easily wipes away with water or a damp cloth and leaves no residue. 402 does not contain any chlorinated solvents, will not carbonize and is odor free.
(4) Mineral Emulsion Anti-Spatter and Release Agent
Provides a safe and effective anti-spatter coating that prevents adhesion of welding spatters on nozzles, contact tips, jigs, fixtures, work pieces and robotics. Creates a thick film for heavy industrial welding. Oil paint compatible. Water and/or solvent removable. Excellent for use on all materials - especially stainless steel.

A non-solvent anti-spatter designed to prevent weld spatter from adhering to M.I.G. gun nozzles, contact tips and related accessories as well as metals to be joined. Lethicin additive makes this the preferred water based anti-spatter when using oil based paints.
A safe and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional petroleum based nozzle gels. Provides protection against weld spatter on M.I.G. gun nozzles, contact tips, positioners, stud welding chucks and electrode holders on all automatic and semi-automatic welding apparatus. Consistency similar to hand lotion.
(3) Water Based Robotic Anti-Spatter - Protectant
A safe and environmentally friendly alternative to solvent based robotic anti-spatter for use in automatic injection systems. Formulated to protect robotic nozzles and contact tips from spatter build-up during welding operations. Will not damage most gaskets, seals or reservoirs. Use in accordance with robotic torch manufacturer's recommendations. Ready to use.
